4Xlounge's Policy
4Xlounge.com has a no tolerance spam policy. Any pro member, forum user or 3rd
party found to be using 4Xlounge.com for spam will be immediately cut-off and reported. You will NOT receive an email from 4Xlounge.com
unless you've initiated contact via our free forum or pro member services. We will NEVER attach a file to an email unless you've specifically
requested the file and even then, we usually provide a download link instead of attaching a file. If you know of or suspect any violators,
please notify us immediately at:

Every email (with the exception of our pro member trade alert emails) contains
a mandatory unsubscribe link and contact information. We use iContact.com to manage and submit our newsletter emails. You can view

you can also remove your email from our forum email newsletter list by using the "manage your subscription" link at the bottom of
each newsletter.
3. Automatic emails are sent out if/when a person registers in our free forum (to confirm that the email is
valid) and when new Pro Members sign-up or make payments (to provide receipts and payment updates).
Note: you will also receive
automated emails if you created a new thread in our forum. Our forum script can update you if/when someone replies to your comments.
This feature can be "unselected" from the thread's "edit Thread" button.
What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as
UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted
permission-based email guidelines.
What constitutes a Preexisting business relationship?
The recipient of your email has made
a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or had offline contact with you.
What constitutes
consent?
The recipient of your email has been clearly and fully notified of the collection and use of his email address and has consented
prior to such collection and use. This is often called informed consent.
