- Q: How do your trade signals work? Are they sent via SMS or Email?A: Our Live Trade Alerts are sent from our 4Xlounge Traders Round Table and our X System Software. Each alert is very comprehensive with pre-trade warning alerts to help every member prepare for the pending trade alert and more 'mid-trade' updates to keep the lines of communication flowing. All alerts are sent via SMS, email and Trade Messenger and will include:
1. A "Possible Trade is setting up" alert will be sent. We will include currency pairs when possible, but sometimes the entire market is pushing and were are not sure which pair will set up first.
2. If our "Possible Trade is setting up" alert did NOT include a currency pair(s), we will send out another with a named currency just before entry. This will ensure that everyone has time to catch the trade.
3. We will send out a detailed trade alert (in the same format as we've been using) with exact entry, stop and limit prices.
4. We will send out 'mid-trade' updates as needed and/or if the trade is taking a bit longer than usual. Info like: "move your stop to Break Even", "Target updates", "key price level info on longer trades", etc...
5. Trade conclusion update. Either to close the trade or to report a stop/limit triggered. You will always know when a trade is over.
- Q: When are the trade alerts usually sent? What time of day? A: Our Live Trade Alerts (both X System and Round Table) are not scheduled. Rather, they are sent when market conditions occur to generate a trade. Most trades are generated during the Euro and US trading sessions, but a few are sent outside of those 2 trading blocks. Both the X System and Round Table alerts include a warning alert before the actually trade signal is generated. The X System creates a (Possible Trade) condition in the dashboard window and our Round Table Alerts are always setup with a (Possible Trade) SMS, email & Trade Messenger alert.
- Q: What is included in the Pro Membership package? A: Basically everything that we have to offer. We don't tier our benefits. All of our Pro Members get everything that we have to offer. All software, trading tools and trading programs are included.

- Q: What is require to run your software on my system? Is MAC supported?A: All of our programs require Windows (XP or higher) with Internet Explorer version 7 (or higher) to be installed on your system. Our software will run within the MAC OS provided you have Windows XP or higher installed on your system. Linux is not supported at this time. Note: you must also have Flash Player and Java installed on your system (both are free downloads).

- Q: Is your software safe to install? Are you Whitelisted and is your code signed?A: All of our Software is 100% Spyware and Virus free. Our code has been signed by Comodo Security Services and we are Whitelisted with most major security providers. You are free to contact Comodo and verify our certificate. Our software is safe to install and run on any system.
Our 4Xlounge toolbar is Whitelisted by TRUSTe and it is 100% ad free. No ads, spyware or junk files. Just useful tools and links.
- Q: How many copies of your software am I allowed to install? more than 1?A: You are free to install as many copies of our software as you wish. You can install our software on as many machines as you wish (i.e. home, work, cabin, etc). However, you can only be logged in from one machine at a time. If you account is locked down, it's probably because you left one of your locations logged in and then tried to open another connection. If this happens you much contact support to resolve the issue.
- Q: I have Internet Explorer 6 installed, but your software won't run?A: Our software and applications require Internet Explorer version 7 or higher to be installed on your system. Internet Explorer version 6 and earlier does not support xml data streaming. Our software and applications require Internet Explorer. Firefox, Opera, Safari or Chrome won't work for our software. However, you can use alternate browswer when viewing our Live Web Charts and Pro Members Area pages.
- Q: Does your software run on Windows Vista and/or windows 8?A: Yes, our software has been fully tested for both Windows Vista and the beta versions of Windows 8. We will continue to test as new versions of Windows are released.
- Q: Can I just place the X System orders and walk away from my pc?A: This is not recommended. X system is designed for the active day-trader and positions may close or reverse at any moment. When using X system alerts, we recommend that you monitor all open trades closely and note any position changes as they occur in real-time. An SMS update might allow enough time to reach to market changes. It is best to stay infront of your pc whenever possible.
- Q: When will I recieve an X System SMS message?A: X System will an SMS alert each time a new X System trade opens and when any trade closes (stop hit, limit hit or reversal). You can send a test message to make sure that your cellular phone can receive the SMS messages. You can also use the test message to gauge the delay of your cellular provider (if any). Most SMS messages are delivered within 1 or 2 seconds.

- Q: Should we hold every trade open until the trade triggers it's original stop/limit order?A: X system may close or reverse a position before the market hits our stop or limit order. We should continue to closely monitor X system whenever a trade is open. With practice, you may be able to hold trades a bit longer to increase profits and minimize losses.
- Q: What type of market conditions are best suited for the X system?A: X system tends to produce the best results under moderately active to active market conditions. Results may waver under extremely slow or extremely fast markets. Basically, normal market conditions work very well.
- Q: How should I calculate my risk for each trade?A: Please do not over leverage your account. You should count the number of pips from our entry to stop order, multiplied by our position size. Note: our trade risk should only represent a very small percentage of our current account balance. Note2: taking mulitiple positions can increase our total trade risk, even amoung different currency pairs.

- Q: What should I do if there are big economic numbers expected soon, should I close my trades?A: Try to avoid trading near economic numbers. Significant economic numbers may move the market in an unexpected direciton. We should always make note of the economic calendar before placing a trade. If the trade is profitable, some traders will move their stops to Break Even before the economic data is released.
- Q: What is the 4Xlounge Round Table Team? Who are they?A: Our 4Xlounge Round Table is a team of full time professional traders that monitor the market and look for trading setups. When they find a trading setup, they send out an alert. The Round Table Team is also responsible for filtering our X System Alerts. The Team personally approves every X System alert sent out. The team members are:
Dan Campbell (Team Leader) - 4Xlounge.com co-founder and fulltime trader since 2001. Dan worked for a major Forex Broker before starting 4Xlounge.com with Adam Rosen. Dan uses a combination of Market Barometers, PowerBars, X Meter and trendlines to find his trades.
Matt Knolland (2nd Team Leader) - Fulltime Equities and Spot Forex trader since 1998. Matt worked for several brokers on Wall Street before joining the 4Xlounge team. Grant McCarthy (Senior Team Trader) - Fulltime Equities, Commodities and Spot Forex trader since 1987. Grant is the oldest member of our team and has the most experience. - Q: How do they find their trades? What indicators or tools do they use?A: All of our Round Table Members constantly analyze the market and send feedback to our Team Leaders. When 2 or more members come up with the same trade idea, the trade is sent to the entire team for consideration. If All of the team members agree on the trade, the Live Trade Alert process will begin. If 1 or more members does not agree with the trade, we move on to the next idea. This process has proven to be extremely effective and completely removes any impluse trades from the equation. By following this process, we have been able to maintain consistent results and avoid dozens of bad trades. We will still have losing trades, but the over-all result is very favorable.
The Round Table Team uses technical indicators, order flow data and our X System tools to find trades. They also monitor Central Bank releases and all economic news. A member of the Team is always watching the market.

- Q: Can I just place a Round Table trade and walk away from my pc?A: Our Round Table Live Trade Alerts are designed for active traders. When using our Live Trade Alerts, we recommend that you monitor all open trades and stay ready to respond to any updates that we might provide for each trade. If you can remotely managed your live positions it can still be risky, as you might not receive an SMS update or be able to respond in time.
